I am a wife, mother, healer, and Christian. I've kept a journal since I was very young (probably 7 year old) so I've decided to keep a personal blog about my life in general. I will post about my family, travels, profession, and faith, I wear many hats in my life and been on many journeys that have influenced my views of the world and life in general.
One of the biggest hats I wear is that of a mother and wife (I guess that's two hats but sometimes I must wear them both at the same time ;-)). I've been blessed with a loving husband and wonderful baby boy. I still have a lot to learn in these two areas.
Another thing about me that you should know: I am very holistic and treasure all things natural. Or at least, I try my very best. I love cooking from scratch and making my own remedies. I also tend to be crafty as I like to knit, crochet, draw, and journal. ;-)
I mentioned above that I am a healer. In fact, this is my profession as I am an acupuncturist, herbalist, and massage therapist. I love Oriental Medicine- it's a time-tested, backed by science, but also artistic. I love what I do!
Lastly, I mentioned that I am a Christian. It is no secret that my Christian upbringing has greatly influenced the person I am today. I am who am I- so don't prejudge me. ;-) I wanted you all to know that I value tolerance, love, unity, compassion, and integrity.
So I guess that's it for now. I will definitely be editing this since I have a lot more to say "About Me."
